Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

I have been issued a subpoena to testify as a witness at my sons trial (juvenile court). Should I get a lawyer?

If you were subpoenaed by the prosecutor you may well want to talk to a lawyer. Also if there is any chance that as a result of your testimony you will be charged with a crime you should have a lawyer.
