Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

I live in california, I am 15 and I want to get emancipated without my parents knowing, how would I do this or should I wait until I am 16?

It is not possible for you to become emancipated without your parents knowing about it. To become emancipated you need to establish that you can support yourself and provide a home for yourself. Your parents are entitled to contest your desire to become emancipated.
