What is the law on a minor giving a

statement to police officers without a

parents consent or a parent present?

Re: Minors giving statements to police officers

There are laws, but nothing takes the place of good parenting. If you haven't already taught your child how to behave when questioned by police officers, your child will be at a disadvantage to say the least.
