Reversing decision on terminated parental rights, any information on what steps i should take to begin the process.

It depends. If your rights were terminated in Juvenile Court, then you will need to file a petition in that court to vacate the judgment terminating those rights. Whether you will be successful depends heavily on the facts of each case. Parental rights can be restored in some instances. An attorney would need to talk to you about your particular situation in order to give you a better prediction of what your results may be.
