pregnant 15 year old wanting to be emancepated

i was woundering if my girl friend is pregnant at 15 can, and how could she be emancepated from her home? can she live with me? can her dad do any thing to fight it? if yes what? im 17 so can he press charges on me sceance she whanted to get pegnant? what kind of advise do u have for me?

My standard advice to young men in your position is to 1) buy the young lady two dozen long stemmed red roses and a diamond ring and propose to her; and 2) get a job. According to this editorial in the New York Times, you can get married in Kansas at a very young age (but you have to have both parents' permission). But the groom is being prosecuted for statutory rape by the district attorney in his home state of Nebraska. Probably if you were to marry her and otherwise act like a responsible father, and if you were to be prosecuted, the jury would probably side with you.
