Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

Teen wants 1876 ring back from 28yr old guy

I asked this question in great detail April 4th have never heard anything ..I gave my family ring to a 28yr old guy I meant on the net also bought a plane ticket to see him on spring break..He chickend out I am stuck with plane ticket.How can I get my ring back??? I am 17. at least someone tell me something .I have written 3 times. Thank You For Any Consideration. EVE

I suspect your reponse has been limited because the answer is rather limited. Barring some unusual circumstance there is really no legal obligation to return a gift. And even if there is, the attorney fees and law suit costs are probably far in excess of the dollar value of the ring or air fare.
