verbal and physical abuse from minors

how do we go about filing for abuse from minor children?

we also have had the police here for this on going problem. they are my in laws daughter and foster daughter. what can be done? we are no longer safe in our home.these girls are 17.

also they have now filed with CPS against my husband.

what can we do?

If the young girls have not as yet been removed by CPS, ask them to leave. An allegation of sexual abuse by one of the young girls would be very difficult and emotionally draining to defend against.
