4 hrs pay required for 15 min. of work when called in to work

If an employee is called in to work and performs 15 minutes of work, is he entitled to 4 hours of pay.

Re: 4 hrs pay required for 15 min. of work when called in to work

In California he would be entitled to one half of his scheduled hours up to a maximum of 4 hours.
