Legal Question in Employment Law in California

401k issue

I am enrolled in a 401k plan at my job. Money is deducted bimonthly and funded to my account. After checking my 401k statements I found that about $1500 has not been funded to my account even though it was deducted from my check. After speaking with my co-workers I found that the same thing happened to many of them. I've spoken to my employer and she said the issue was going to be resolved. It has been a month and no action has been taken yet, nor has there been a resolution. What are my legal rights

Re: 401k issue

The employer may be violating federal laws that are generally regulated under a law known as ERISA. There are a precious few attorneys who handle these kind of cases. You can also complain to the U.S. Labor Department (not the Cal. Labor Board).
