Legal Question in Employment Law in California

25 years of hard and a new vengeful manager.

I had a laps of judgment which money was involved. Now the managment is investigating me. Its a small amount but a large company. I made a mistake and even though I haven't been terminated yet, I know its coming. Not even a perfect work history can you can help when the mangment wants you out. I need to know what are my objection, because she tried to get me out a few months earlier because of my work restriction. I just received a good eval now this.
