After 4yrs I was fired from my job for being out sick for more than the alotted time period and as a result denied unemployment benefits, what can I do in my appeal to get benefits?

You can file the appeal, as described to you in the notice mailed to you, attend the hearing and provide evidence that you were legitimately sick.
