You might call the police if she harasses you and tries to enter. On Monday, you can check with the LA County Recorder's office to determine who the new owner of the property is. A trustee's deed upon sale will be on record there. Then, you can contact the new owner. You are wise to beware of scams!
Also, an eviction is a legal process. The new owner would have to serve you with a 60-day notice to move. If you don't move in that period, then the owner could file an unlawful detainer (eviction) lawsuit that you might defend. Also, because you live in Los Angeles, you might be covered by and have some protection afforded by the rent stabilization act. So there are many things with which a lawyer might be able to assist you come Monday. Stay calm. I'm sorry you're being harassed.
