Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Am I still abliged to my contract?

My employer kicked me off a high revenue lot, that I

opened to the dismay of the custumer and myself.

For a year I've been trying to earn a living wage

and have been placed in dead end low revenue lots for over a year . I have a no compete contract and am

wondering if I have a right to earn money as a private contracter outside the company if I quit.

My employer has gone back on promises. And I believe

has broken the law regarding equal oppertunity,

and fairness not to mention questionable practices

regarding taxes and profit reporting . I just want to go out on my own . I don't know if I'm due any of the

commission I've earned but not been paid for. I know something is wrong and I'm the one being wronged.
