Legal Question in Employment Law in California
i am an agricultural laborer in the state of california. i am due past and overtime wages( for at least the past 6 months), have asked to be paid these wages, but as of this writing have not been (paid), and would appreciate some information on how the interest on such amount might incrue...thank you i also have workers who are dealing with this...

File a complaint with the nearest California Labor Commissioner's office. It may take awhile, as they are backlogged with claims, but they can go after all wages due, plus penalties and interest. You can also look for attorneys who handle class action lawsuits, in your area, since it appears many employees are affected.
