Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have applied for a housekeeping job in different national parks
they turn me down, and when asked why , they refuse to answer me, I tell them I have the rite to know and they still refuse....dont I have the rite to know by the company as to why i am denied,,,ist it their responsibility or legal obligation to inform me as to why ??
