Arbitration form

My employer has asked me to sign an Arbitration form or I would be terminated, is this possible?

Such arbitration provisions have been found to be legal and are upheld by courts.

Unfortunately, the courts are telling us that it is lawful for employers to force employees to sign away their constitutional right to a jury trial if they wish to work. The only way this can change is through legislation. Write to your congressman and senator, if you want to get this changed.
