Arbitrator, disqualification

Second day of Wrongful Termination abitration hearing.

The arbitrator blurted out ''forget about that, (me) agreed to accept such and such'' when my attorney asked a question regarding a witness from my former employer. I feel the integrity of the hearing is lost however, my attorney feels this is not reason to ask for a new arbitrator (Judge). I say ''yes'', what's your judgement? I thank you in advance for your consideration.
