Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Need an Attorney - Want to file private lawsuit

I recently filed a hearing with US EEOC complaint in

San Francisco. I have an excellent case on racial

discrimination with proofs and testimonies. I'd like to

speed up the cases and I'd like to file a private lawsuit.

Most the attorneys I search on the internet are

representing for the employers only or are too busy.

I live in Sacramento. Do you have any great attorneys

in Sacramento or Bay Area who can represent my

case? Can anyone refer me a great ones?

Thank you.

Re: Need an Attorney - Want to file private lawsuit

Your question is a little unusual as most inquiries that come through are asking questions, not seeking an attorney.

There are may attorneys who work in this area, myself included. Depending on the County in which you live you could contact the local Bar Referral agency and you will be given several qualified names.

For myself we specialize in this area of the law and currently have cases pending all over the Bay Area, Sacramento and the Foothills.

I suggest that, if you wish to pursue this with me directly, you email me with some of the details and/or give me a phone call.

I look forward to hearing from you.
