i was in[ a auto accident then fired one month later. after drs release to go ba

i was involved in a car crash and was off work for 1 month so my boss got a sub to treat my patients on m,tu,fri to avoid rescheduling i informed my boss weeekley of my progress and he reassured me that as long as it took to recover just get better. ifinally got my dr.s release after 1

month off i notified the office the date i wouldreturn he left a message on my phone that he hoped i was feeling better but he had found another hygienist to work all 5 days so i was fired no notice , totalled car, single mom ,still waiting, to be paid from at fault drivers insurance ,can he do this?
