Bathroom limits and cut in pay

we just got a new boss and were told that we cannot use the bathroom after 3;30pm and if we do we will be written up after three write ups we will get fired is this legal? also I was cut in pay and changed to a diferent position at work could this also be done. please help me with this.

If the work day ends no later than 4:00, the policy will be OK, subject to any reasonable accomodation needed for any employee wirh a disability. If the work day ends later than one-half hour after the bathroom use restriction time, the policy may violate State and Fed safety regs.

As to the pay reduction, the employer may modify the wages of an at-will employee. If you don't accept the new terms you can quit.

I dont know about the bathroom limits without researching it but the pay cut is legal as long as it is not retroactive and as long as you still get the legal minimum wage.
