Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Are you bondable
I'm looking for a new job and the question are you bondable has been coming up and although I say yes I'm not sure. 15 years ago I got into some trouble with the law being in the wrong place at the wrong time with the Wrong Person. I think bonding is a legal issue but I'm really not sure. If it is how does one find out if they are bondable? Thank You

Re: Are you bondable
Generally a background investigation will cover matters within the last 7 years. There are exceptions for certain law enforcement positions.
