Boss and wife working in same office, unfairness exist in office

Hi,

My wife is working in a real estate office. Her boss is a successful real estate agent and hire other real estate agents working for him. His wife is also one of the agents.

This creates an unfair environment that boss always keep better leads and cases for himself or his wife or his favorable agents. Other agents left with other second grade leads. Is this fair? Can we sue this boss?

Sue for what? Do you have a contract regarding distribution of leads, etc. Get another job...
