Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Breach of confidential medical information by employer

I was put on an antidepresant medication a while back. When I started taking this medication I informed my office manager, due to the fact that it could change my personality or attitude. In turn the office manager told the asst. office manager who told her sister who told her friend who I knew, who told me that this was told to her thru those lines. Where do I stand legaly here and what can I do about this, can I take legal action and against who the employer or the individule for letting it out of the office?

Thank you for your time
