Breech of contract & Injury at work & layed off

I have it in writing of the hours I will able to work on a daily basis.I was pressured to do less hours,then instructed I cannot fufill my hours,then my hours cut even more.I was injured 10/06,went threw surgery,hurrassed of my restrictions,layed off 4/11/08.Do I have a civil case?
