Legal Question in Employment Law in California

What Business Is It of Co-Workers?

I am a salaried and union employee. Recently I was told by my supervisor that someone in our department had gone to Human Resources to complain about my tardiness and my hours. I feel very watched over by my co-workers now and honestly, it seems to me that my hours should not be any of their business. Is this correct?

No, what you do in public is not protected. they can watch you and report it to everyone.
