California Law for paid bonuses to past employees
I was in my company yearly bonus pool. My last day at work was December 31, 1999 - I worked the entire year. I read in my manual that in order to receive your annual compensation, you need to be an employee at the time they give out the bonus, which is at the end of the 1st quarter (March 31, 2000).
Is this legal in California (I work for a company regulated by Pennsylvania law) if I work the entire year that I not receive my bonus?

File a claim with your nearest office of the California State Labor Commissioner.
