I'm trying to find the California Vacation law codes for business.
How many excess vacation hours are you allowed to accrue per year? Does California state law mandate this or does the actual company mandate the rules. If so, is there a minimum number of employees for these rules (say a company of 50 people or so). Can the company not pay you for excess hours accrued if you don't
