Legal Question in Employment Law in California

new car dealership law

Is a auto dealership allowed to charge it's sales

staff for lot damage to it's autos even though there

is no specific person accused of the damage nor is

there an itemized list of the specifics which the

staff has been charged for? The dealership in question

does this on a monthly basis and the average lot

damage charge is about 200.00 mo

It is illegal to do that. Report it to the state labor commissioner.
