Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Would I have a case against my employer for retaliation or wrongful termination? 6 months ago I reported to my employer about my supervisor and a subordinate being in an inappropriate relationship and it was reported by other employees and the relationship is actually against company policy. I also reported favoritism against my supervisor because of the relationship and I reported the subordinate for making incessant inappropriate racial comments. I've been on FMLA and returning to work tomorrow. While I've been on leave, a coworker informed me that our supervisor and subordinate have contacted HR to say I've made inappropriate comments to the subordinate which is untrue. My coworker also told me our supervisor and subordinate told my coworker they don't want to work with me anymore. I've been told that HR will be meeting with me tomorrow to discuss the claims that were made against me.

You don't have any case for retaliation or wrongful termination unless and until the company takes adverse employment action against you. You may or may not have a claim for hostile work environment based on the racial comments, but determining if that is a viable claim would require a more in depth evaluation than can be provided on a free internet Q&A service.
