Change of benefits

I have been working for the same physician for 24 years. In 1992 we joined a group and at that time I lost 2 weeks of vacation time per the group's benefits. Last month the employees were notified in a meeting that benefits had been revised and now I have lost another week of vacation time and our sick days are now "use it or lose it". Before, we were compensated if the time was not used for illness. Can they just randomly change our benefits?

they can change vacation and sick day policy anytime they want but they must pay you for vacation days already earned.
