Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I changed staffing firms recently and 2 of my candidates followed me to my new firm. I signed a non compete but heard that was not enforceable in CA. Should I obtain a lawyer if they find out?

You can either wait to see if your employer finds out and has a lawyer send a threatening letter or you can be proactive and consult with a lawyer now to learn what you can and cannot do by law and/or contract.
