civil judgment (samll claims)

I received a samll claims judgment in December 2008 for unpaid fees. I just received my 1009 and it includes the judgment, not just the total wages/fees paid for the year. What do I do?

Telephone or write the issuer and ask that it be corrected to only include the wages and fees.
