cleaning the bathroom

My employer has a staff of four, and does not hire a cleaning service. Once a week one of the staff is given the duty of cleaning the bathroom. Are we obligated to do this, or is it his responsibility?

Your employer can assign whatever duties he or she sees fit and there is no prohibition against assigning an employee to clean the bathrooms.
