Legal Question in Employment Law in California

code 232A

After giving a 2 wk notice, I was offered $1.25 to stay. The same day .50 of it was taken back due to my telling 2 co-wrkrs that I was recieving it. I was told that I could have it bk in 60 days, no deffinate date. I was not the only person that diclosed the amount of my raise to other workers, the only female though and the only one action was taken against. I quit 3 wks ago, there was no indecation of the . 50 being given back, and I felt it was the only solution. I had waited 6 of the 8 wks imposed. What can I do ?

File a claim with the nearest office of the California Labor Commissioner and ask for waiting time penalties too.
