Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Commissions

I reside in California and a deal closed during my tenure at a software company. However, parts of the sale was paid during my time and the another portion of the deal was paid after my last day at the company. Am I due the commission on the rest of the payments as I was paid on the first part?
