Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My company had a employee appreciation day and took pictures at the event. They put all of the pictures on a slide show and posted it to Youtube. Is that legal? I don't want my picture out there on Youtube.

ask teh company to remove teh photos. if they refuse, then there might be something, but if it was a publice event, not much
