Company Failed Me

I've worked for a large retail store for over 3 years. For the last 2 1/2 yrs. I have been harassed, slandered and retaliated against. Of course when it began I did the nesassary steps to make a formal complaint. Begining with the store manager, human resource and eventually anyone that would listen at corporate. Not only did I get ignored, but aventualy my work inviroment (harassment) was unbearable and unhealthy. I began to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks at work. when things got worse I was under a doctors care for work related stress. Things just kept getting worse untill I was hospitalized and unable to work. Besides medication, I had to see a phyciatrist on a regular basis and put on a leave for 6 months. I've been back to work for 2 1/2 weeks and find it unbearable to be there. The damaged is already done. I have given my 2weeks because I am on my way to recovering and I realize I can't get better if I continue to work there.Which is a slow process that requires medication. I've also been told I might spend the rest of my life on meds. Permenate damaged due to the companys negligence.
