If you mean "at the same time," it would seem to me that, if you are working two forty-hour per week positions, which would require you to work more than 8 hours per day, or more than 40 hours per week for the same company, you would be owed overtime for anything above those hours. Separating your hours into two separate "positions" wouldn't allow the company to get around the overtime rules. There would also be requirements for how much break-time you are allowed, among other things.
