Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Does a company have to provide a clean restroom for its employees ( in ca) company has 350 emp...we are bus drivers in local runs only not out of area runs.. city drivers... use port a potty.. a lot of complaints made about unclean conditions. urine and fecies are always on floor and seats, and spread on walls..when you need to use restroom it is very diffacult to do so.. what can be done ? can send pic of condition of restrooms at anytime of the week time date to prove conditions. plz help?
