Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hello At are company we have a sales goal to meet every month. and say your goal is 300,000 per month and you only sale 280,000 that can the company roll over the other 20,000 into the next month making your sales goal 320,000 the next month ?

The law does not get involved in business management decisions like that. The employer is free to set employee performance policies however they want.
