Confused??
My former boss verbally harrassed me for about 11/2 before he finally quit. Now he does work for this company and continues to make his comments everynow and then. I recently notified my HR and sent him an email telling him I want no communication with him what soever. He continues to call and ask to be friends. My employer has even told him to stay away from me. What can I do? Is this still harrassment?

If HR isn't doing anything, you might escalate it to a company executive. HR usually is there to protect the company, and not the employees. This might be considered sexual harassment, depending on what he's said and done. Feel free to e-mail me with more details, including approximate dates, times, and what was said/done.
