Legal Question in Employment Law in California

While I was under contract as a CA school administrator. I submitted a complaint to HR against my supervisors for discrimination, retaliation and harassment. Two days later my position was eliminated, I was terminated and a previously written benefit notice/agreement of placement on a 24-month re-employment list was rescinded.

I have a right to sue letter from DFEH for retaliation termination/racial discrimination. They have encouraged me to pursue my claim w/ an attorney.

My questions are:

It has been difficult to find an attorney in my area that will take my case after hearing it is w/ an LEA. Where can I find experienced Employment/Ed Law attorneys to contact that are not in the Fresno area?

Also, can my contract be terminated immediately w/o cause b/c they state the position is eliminated?

Lastly, I was given a written letter from my employer, before I submitted the written complaint against my supervisors, stating that I had an ed code leave benefit of placement on a 24-month re-employment list should I not return to work w/i 5 months of my work injury leave (that was caused by my supervisors and who have fought, lied and retaliated against my wc claim).

Can they take this benefit away from me. Its a Ca Ed Code benefit that they agreed in writing I had and now say they were wrong I was not entiltled to it and therefore was not eligible.
