Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I had taken out couple loans on my 401k to purchase my home. After receiving my quarterly report I noticed my employer has not applied my payments,but is making the deductions from my pay check. How do I handle this?

Ask some direct questions to your employer about why the deductions are not showing up in your 401K account. If not satisfied with the answers, contact the U.S. Dept. of Labor, which oversees 401K programs.
