Legal Question in Employment Law in California

coworker out to ''get me''?

a few months ago, i was at work early morning hours. and while doing my job. i told a coworker he didn't have any fragrance spraying on product. i got supervisor involved. and he corrected the problem. then he started to curse at me. i asked him to stop cursing at me. he continued and i showed him the door. then i reported him to my supervisor. he got wrote up for job performance. i he told them ''he was out to get me.'' i thought we were doing ok. but, yesterday he told the manager. i wasn't answering the radio when he calls me. and i refused his samples, and we were in a shouting match. i don't shout at work, i tend to leave it to supervisor to handle any problems. is there any recourse i can get him to stop trying ''to get me'' (fired)?
