Legal Question in Employment Law in California

A coworker, who was the team lead and I had "words" after she humiliated and disrespected me at work a few months back, and since then I haven't worked much. Come to find out her Aunt is my district manager. What if anything can I legally do?

Unless your reduction in hours is due to discrimination on the basis of gender, race, or other protected class, your employer is entitled to reduce your hours at will. Favoritism of relatives is permitted in employment.
