Legal Question in Employment Law in California

dealership fraud and employee forced envolvement

I worked for a dealership in San Jose that used quite a few "kinking" processes to fraud the customer. I had participated once and when I questioned the General Manager/Owner about what had just taken place he threatened my position. After working for this company for some time and doing research on the particular practices I had witnessed I quickly searched for another job. When I was told that I could be held liable for the actual act, I told the General manager I no longer wanted involvement and would go to the authorities. My position was threatened and I finally had had enough. I quit! Now I am being threatened even more for more than one reason. Do I have a legal stand against the dealer and how can I keep this from happening to anyone else including the customers?
