denied lunch after 6 hours of work (part time)

how benifical would it be to purssue lawsuit for denied half hour breaks after 6 hours of work?

There are lawyers who specialize in this kind of issue. If it's happening to you, it's probably happening to everyone in your company. Therefore, it could result in a class action lawsuit. Individually, you could make a claim with the California Dept. of Labor, and it could remedy the situation and get you compensation.

I have handled similar situations and it all depends on the size of the company and the number of employees that this is happening to. This may be a class action or you may file an individual claim with the DLSE.
