Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hi, I'm desperate to quit my job for too many reasons such a hostility, threat, etc. If I continue reporting, I may physically and mentally break down. I did contact EDD for eligibility of unemployment insurance benefit and told voluntary quit will not qualify. I have financial obligation and can't afford to lose any income. But It'll be a while until I find another employment. Is there any option for this situation? Thank you in advance.

You may be qualified for state disability if a doctor would certify you for disability. Because your condition is work-related you can file a claim for worker's compensation benefit and you may be entitled to ongoing treatment, temporary and permanent disability benefits. Feel free to call me at 213-388-7070 for a free consultation.
