Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I didin't receive my christmas bonus because i quit the week before the bonus payout date and the thing is there never was a bonus plan and they always give the bonuses the same week every year but last one, they waited for me to quit so i did not get mine.

You have no legal recourse. Discretionary bonuses can be structured however an employer wants.
