disability versus unemployment

I was laid off at the same time i went

on temporary disability for 7 months.

Are my unemployment benefits affected

as to beginning date and the amount of

entitlement?

You can't collect both. Unemployment benefits kicks off when you are able and willing to work. Disability benefits only commence if you have a work-related disability. Feel free to call us at 213.3887070, If you need representation.
